!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I've done cupcake pizza. People really seem unsure how to act when given a muffin-shaped pepperoni-topped dough ball in that familiar muffiny wax paper.

Is there a cross section pic, on a plate etc? Curious about what this looks like.

Huh. That sounds like it could be a fun idea. I bet the kids would like it. Maybe I'll have to try it tomorrow...

That’s not cheese on the sides — from the bottom up biscuits bits, sauce made with stewed tomatoes chunks and a little marinara, pizza seasoning, pepperoni, mozzarella, pepperoni.

That sounds good. Could even make mini pizza puffs that way!

If I liked pepperoni, that might be good.

I also made a pizza, although it’s a normal one. Nice and crispy, came out perfect! Could have used more meatballs.

Oh damn that looks delicious

Nope. I’ve never really liked pepperoni. Make it a good Italian sausage and we’ll talk.

Are we doing this again?! Make it your damn self with Italian Sausage, ya nut !!!

Was pretty good! Started with quick yeast dissolved in water and some sugar. Then mixed into flour and salt. Kneaded for 5 minutes, stuck in the oven that I heated to about 150F and then turned off. Let it rise for a half hour and then knead again and let it rest. Spread it out a bit and let it rest again. Finally got it all spread out while oven preheated to 500F. Topped it with canned crushed tomato, garlic powder, red pepper flake, oregano, black pepper, salt. And then an Italian pizza cheese mixture from a bag. And chopped up green peppers, onions, and some homemade meatballs that I cooked the other day. Cooked for just under 20 minutes.

I might have to try this someday, looks like an interesting <$10 experiment. What’s the worst that can happen, I ruin the ingredients, a pan, and set off the smoke alarm. The best is I have a healthy 3000 calorie dinner.

Exactly! I just ate 1500 calories, taste great, and I don’t feel like I over indulged.
